Sunday Peace
For people interested in developing inner peace, we host weekly Sunday gatherings and teach philosophy, spirituality, and psychology all oriented around peace and well being. People from all walks of life are welcome!
Line Dancing
Alaric is also known as the Zen Cowboy, the local line dancing instructor. He and his team, the Bayfield Morning Stars perform at town functions.
In warmer months we host Barn Dances here at the lodge, while in winter Alaric hosts a monthly line dancing night at The Billy Goat Saloon.
Potlucks
Not only are Full Moons beautiful, they're also a great excuse to get together with friends and family to eat, laugh, and enjoy some friendly company.
Most months we host a public potluck either outside or in the main lodge. Great for first-timers to check out and make new friends!
Field Trips
A couple times a year we organize community field trips.
A favorite destination we visit annually is Tara Mandala, the Tibetan Buddhist Temple tucked away in the mountains near Pagosa Springs.
